전능하시고 영원하신 하나님,
주님은 인류를 향한 자비로운 사랑으로 인해,
우리 구주 예수 그리스도를 이 땅에 보내시어 인간의 육신을 입게 하시고,
십자가에서 고난을 받게 하셨습니다.
우리가 그의 깊은 겸손의 본을 따르도록 하시고,
또한 그의 인내를 본받아 그 부활에 참여하는 은혜를 얻게 하소서.
우리 주 예수 그리스도를 통하여 간구하나이다. 아멘.
Almighty and everlasting God, who, of thy tender love towards mankind, hast sent thy Son our Saviour Jesus Christ to take upon him our flesh, and to suffer death upon the cross,
that all mankind should follow the example of his great humility;
Mercifully grant that we may both follow the example of his patience, and also be made partakers of his resurrection;
through the same Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
